Terms & Conditions - Nightrider Graphics
The Nightrider Graphics website and online shop have the Terms & Conditions which fully comply with the General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR). These conditions govern all contracts of the sale of printed or embroidered Nightrider Graphics products and services a customer may get. These Terms & Conditions can only change with the written consent of the Nightrider Graphics company.
Terms & Conditions - Orders
All orders for the printed or embroidered Nightrider Graphics products placed by the Customer on the website and approved by the Company are irrevocable unless declared in writing by the Customer and confirmed by the Company’s written consent. The Nightrider Graphics Company has the right to demand full or partial compensation for any loss caused by such cancellation or changes in the original order if the products have already been produced or modified.
According to the Nightrider Graphics Terms & Conditions, a 50% deposit is required to start the printing or embroidery ordered. The second part of the payment should be made when the production is finished and before the shipping process starts. Nightrider Graphics accepts credit card payments (American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, and most debit cards). The Company reserves the right to refuse to dispatch products if the Customer payment is overdue.
Terms & Conditions - Prices
The Nightrider Graphics Company reserves the right to vary the price of printed or embroidered products from time to time. All prices for Nightrider Graphics products are exclusive of taxes and duty unless otherwise stated. The Customer will buy the products at a price actual and reported on the website at the date of dispatch.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
The Nightrider Graphics Company will do its best to fulfill the order and deliver the embroidered and printed products on the required date for delivery. However, we cannot guarantee to do so at the exact time and date.
The Nightrider Graphics Company shall, under no circumstances, be responsible to the Customer for any loss, damage, or additional expenses, caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the products. We should inform you that an independent carrier makes the delivery. So, the delivery to the carrier will be considered as delivery to the Customer. Any loss or destruction of the products by the Customer after delivery is the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Typical turnaround time is 5 to 10 working days from the time that 50% payment is made, and mockups are approved officially. Some extra services may add to the typical turnaround time. Turnaround time on larger orders is expected to be longer. Please inquire about our rush options and turn time on large orders.
