Shipping & Returns - Nightrider Graphics
The Nightrider Graphics team is fully responsible for our craft and quality of the embroidered or printed products. If you are not satisfied with your order for one of the reasons stated below, you can turn to the Company and ask for assistance according to our Shipping & Returns rules. We want you to be fully satisfied with all screen printing and embroidery products you order at the Nightrider Graphics website.
Online Shopping Returns
If you need to return a Nightrider Graphics product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns later than 30 days of purchase. According to the Nightrider Graphics Shipping & Returns Policy, all our embroidered or screen printed products include a 25% restocking fee unless the reason for return is the full responsibility of Nightrider Graphics.
If you, as a Customer, get a package damaged from delivery or with missing content, please, declare it within 15 days of delivery. If the notification of damages is stated after 15 days of delivery, it will result in a loss of damage claim. Handling damage is the responsibility of the Customer and is not refunded.
According to the Nightrider Graphics Shipping & Returns Policy, products with Free Shipping conditions, when returned, will have the original fees deducted.
Shipping & Returns Policy
The Nightrider Graphics team does their best to fulfill all orders fast, accurately, and with excellent quality. Before picking up your order from the delivery provider, please, check the number of products and ensure accuracy. We do not provide return or exchange for any products over 15 days past delivery.
The Nightrider graphics also don't return or exchange embroidered or printed products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or changed in any other way. For the return to be provided, your product must be proven to be unworn and sent back in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sent in the original non-damaged packaging.
If a Nightrider Graphics product is proved to be defective at the production stage, we'll cover the cost of the return. If you choose to return a printed or embroidered product with the 30 days, we do ask that you cover the shipping back to us.
